The team of Drishyam 2 shared a behind-the-scenes video from the making of their movie, on their YouTube channel. The movie saw its release on November 18. The video showed various scenes from different locations from the sets of Drishyam 2. In the clip, Akshaye Khanna displayed his funny side as he forgot his lines and Ajay Devgn remained serious throughout the filming. Fans reacted to the video. T-Series posted the behind the scenes clips on Thursday. In the video, Akshaye said, “Script de bhai yaad nhi (Please give me the script, I cannot recall).” The crew members of the movie started laughing along with him. Shriya Saran held the clapper board and gave a laugh. Ajay remained serious most of the time while shooting for his scenes be it in a park or sitting inside a car. The crew also played cricket and shared happy moments in between the breaks.
Reacting to the video, one person commented, “Just in one word to describe this movie – “MASTERPIECE.” Second person wrote, “The dedication of Abhishek Pathak with this film made it blockbuster.” Third person commented, “Big fan of this movie.”
Drishyam was the the Hindi remake of hit Malayalam flick of the same name, and was helmed by late director Nishikant Kamat. It was a commercial success. Drishyam 2 is helmed by Abhishek Pathak. It stars Ishita Dutta, Akshaye Khanna, Rajat Kapoor, Shriya Saran alongside Tabu. The film showcases the mysterious story of Vijay Salgaonkar (essayed by Ajay Devgn) and his family.
In the movie, Tabu reprised her role as Meera Deshmukh, Inspector General of Police. The film released on November 18 and saw the second biggest opening for Bollywood in 2022. The film is produced by several people such as Bhushan Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak and Krishan Kumar.
Ajay will be seen in Bholaa alongside Tabu.
