Datamatics’ PAT jumps 120% yoy at Rs157 crore in FY22; revenue up by 17.40% yoy

Datamatics Global Services Limited, a global Digital Operations, Technology, and Experiences company, announced its standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and full-year ended March 31, 2022.

The company’s revenue from operation stood at Rs1,201.10 crore in FY22 as compared to Rs1,023 crore in FY21, up by 17.4% yoy. While revenue from operations for Q4FY22 was reported at Rs313.30 crore, up by 10.6% yoy as compared to Rs283.20 crore in Q4FY21.

It reported an EBITDA of Rs51.50 crore in Q4FY22 as compared to Rs41.80 crore in Q4FY21, registering a growth of 23% yoy. EBITDA for FY22 was reported at Rs193.30 crore as compared to Rs122.70 crore in FY21.

Its PAT during the financial year under review was reported at Rs157.50 crore as compared to Rs71.60 crore in the previous financial year, clocking a growth of 120% yoy. During Q4FY22, the company reported a growth of 59.20% yoy in PAT at Rs45.60 crore as compared to Rs28.70 crore in Q4FY21.

EBITDA and PAT margins for FY22 came in at 16.10% and 12.80% respectively.

The board of directors recommended a dividend of Rs1.25 per share during the quarter ended March 2022.

Datamatics Global is currently trading at Rs305.95 down by Rs6.6 or 2.11% from its previous closing of Rs312.55 on the BSE. It touched day’s high and low of Rs319 and Rs302.90 respectively.
